Will a pest control company remove a Danbury opossum?

Opossums are found almost everywhere in The Americas. They are reliant on the scraps, that are thrown out by humans, in order to survive. In less urban areas they will be able to burrow in the wild without intruding on your property. However, if you live in an urban area you might at some point have an issue with these critters.

Why is an opossum a pest?
Danbury opossums will enter your property in search of food. As they are omnivores, they will eat anything that is available to them. This usually means food that you have thrown out. They are medium-sized creatures that can fit into tight spaces. This includes your garbage cans. They also knock them over to get to what they want. Apart from the obvious hygiene issues that this poses it will also attract insects to your yard. Once they enter your home they can cause damage while trying to look for a place to nest. They are not aggressive, but their feces carry disease and they can be dangerous to your health.

Why won’t they remove Danbury opossums?

Who to phone?
